1、 Responsible for all affairs from receiving the letter of intent to the mass production of the project;

2、 Keep in contact with the client (including progress, test, cost, quality, resources, risk, data, etc.), confirm therequirements of customer, sort out the customer internal process and corresponding responsible person, report the project progress with the customer team regularly, and solve the problems in the project;

3、 Responsible for the overall control of the project (including progress, test, cost, quality, resources, risk, data, etc.),discuss the project progress with the internal project team regularly, and coordinate the resources to solve the problems in the project;

4、 Responsible for the cost budget and supervision of the project, control the change of customer design requirements to ensure the cost optimization, and lead VAVE to continuously promote cost reduction and efficiency increase;

5、 Responsible for the factory review from the development to the mass production stage of the project and submit related materials;

6、 Responsible for the team KPI setting and management;

7、 Improve customer satisfaction and viscosity, and responsible for customer complaints;

8、 Responsible for project summary, internal evaluation and customer satisfaction survey and share lesson.File all project documents.
